Data
A default is never silent.
Missing distance data uses an explicit, labelled default. It stays visible in the assessment.
Electric vehicles
Zero tailpipe. Grid counted.
Battery electric vehicles still have electricity-related emissions in the calculation.
Progress
A baseline comes first.
Year-on-year change needs a snapshot around 12 months old. Until then: baseline is building.
